1 c. butter 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 lb. jar crunchy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. box graham crackers, mashed fine 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 cake paraffin wax Mix first 5 ingredients with hands, roll into balls. Dip in chocolate chips melted with wax in a double boiler. Use thongs to dip cookies. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator or freezer. |
