RESTAURANT CHEESE SPREAD 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
1 1/2 lbs. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
A few drops red pepper sauce
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder

Beat all ingredients together for 30 minutes. Store in covered container in refrigerator. This spread may be used with French or Italian bread. To use, spread on bread and place under broiler. Watch closely. Split hamburger and/or wiener buns can be substituted for the bread.
