CHEESE BREAD 
NOTE: Take mixture out of refrigerator 2 hours before spreading.

1 lb. butter
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (2 c. or 8 oz.)
1/4 lb. grated Romano (4 oz. or 1 c.)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
Good size loaf sour dough French bread

Let 6 ingredients get to room temperature, then whip with electric mixer until fluffy. Refrigerate (make sure mixture is taken out 2 hours before spreading).

Cut sour dough French bread horizontally, then vertically in big serving pieces. Spread cheese mixture on bread and broil until it bubbles. Don't need to use sparingly.
