OVEN CRISPY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 c. Bisquick
1 cut up frying chicken

Put shortening in 9x13 inch baking pan and set in 450 degree oven to melt. Mix remaining dry ingredients and pour into plastic bag. Wet chicken pieces and shake in bag a couple pieces at a time. Place chicken, skin side down, in the pan, on top the melted shortening. Bake 450 degrees, 15 minutes. Turn pieces over and bake another 45 minutes or so, at 350 degrees.
