1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 box frozen English peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 lg. bottle Ranch dressing

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces. Dice water chestnuts. Break apart frozen peas. Mix all together with dressing. Chill and serve.
