CRUSTLESS CHOCAROON PIE 
3 sq. Bakers unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. angel flake coconut

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Or heat chocolate and butter in non-metal dish in microwave at high power for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Stir until completely melted. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 to 1 inch border. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
