LASAGNE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste

Simmer above ingredients 30 minutes.

10 oz. lasagne noodles

Cook and drain.

1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3 c. Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
2 eggs

Combine Ricotta cheese, parsley and eggs together. In 9 x 13 inch pan, spread 1/2 cup sauce in bottom and then layer noodles, sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, twice, topping with Mozzarella cheese last. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
