1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. Pack down in 9"x13" pan. Use mixer to mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting.
