AUNT COLLEEN'S CHICKEN 
Topping:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Chicken:

2 cups rice, cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Place cooked rice in 13 by 9 inch dish. Top with chicken breasts. Salt and pepper and pour sauce over top. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Sauce:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayo or Miracle Whip
2 tsp. lemon juice
2-4 tsp. curry powder

Mix together and pour over chicken.
