ORANGE FLUFF CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. double action baking powder
1/3 c. salad oil
6 unbeaten egg yolks
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar

Sift first 4 ingredients into bowl. Dent center; add oil, egg yolks, orange juice and rind. Beat until smooth. With clean beater, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until holds up in peaks. Gradually beat in sugar until egg whites are very stiff. Fold in yolk mixture. Gently pour into an ungreased 10 inch tube pan. Bake in a 325 degree preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Invert, and let cool 15 minutes in pan. Gently loosen sides with long knife. Let cool. Serve plain or frosted.
