1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 reg. size Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts; optional
1 can mandarin oranges; optional

Combine cottage cheese with dry Jello; mix well. Add fruit cocktail, pineapple and other ingredients. Add Cool Whip. Mix well. If you use mandarin oranges, place several slices on top of mixtures to decorate.
