APPLE PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. diced raw apples

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients, apples and nuts. Grease and flour 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. Half and Half
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients first. Add cream and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute.
