POPCORN BALLS 
2 c. white syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. baking soda
Food coloring (optional)
8 qts. popped corn

Boil first 3 until soft ball stage. Add rest except popped corn and stir. Pour over corn. When cool form into balls.
