PEANUT CHOCOLATE NUGGETS 
CHOCOLATE FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. 10X sugar

COOKIE SHELL DOUGH:

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. butter (2 1/2 sticks softened)
1 tbsp. vanilla
10X sugar

In heavy saucepan melt chocolate pieces. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, cocoa, and 10X sugar. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet; cover and refrigerate.

In large bowl knead flour, butter, and vanilla until blended. Shape dough into 25-inch log. Cut in slices. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a mound of filling in center of slice and work dough up around filling. Roll in a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove to cool. Roll in 10X sugar.
