LEMON ICE BOX PIE | |
2 eggs, separated 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 2 tbsp. sugar Beat egg yolks; stir in milk, lemon juice and rind. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff. Gently fold into above mixture. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours. |
