CHEESEBURGER LOAF 
1/2 c. evaporated milk, 5 oz.
1 egg
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup

Blend all ingredients EXCEPT cheese. Line meat loaf pan with wax paper that will extend over edges. Put 1/2 pound of grated cheese in wax paper lined loaf pan. Spread cheese evenly and add 1/2 portion of the meat mixture. Then repeat with the remaining grated cheese and the final layer of meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
