LEMON SWEET SPARE RIBS 
3 lb. spare ribs, cut into serving size pieces
6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Place spare ribs in large Dutch oven. Cover with salted water and cook over low heat 1 hour. Drain. Combine next six ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Remove ribs to serving platter. Combine two tablespoons water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth. Add to pan drippings, cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve sauce with ribs. Yield: 6 servings.
