AUNT RUTH'S CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1/4 lb. butter, melted and cooled

Mix by hand in large bowl. Press crust in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix well with electric beater. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Better when baked the day before being served.
