ZESTY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir into broccoli. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. (I was given this recipe by Sue Mann - thanks Sue).
