PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked springs, shells, wagon wheels, or other macaroni
2 to 3 chopped cucumbers
3 to 4 chopped tomatoes
3 to 4 chopped celery stalks
1 lg. onion
8 oz. sharp provolone, cut in small cubes or 8 oz. deli sliced provolone, cut in small pieces
8 oz. pepperoni, cut in small cubes or 8 oz. deli sliced pepperoni, cut in small pieces (You may use salami instead)
1/2 can black olives, sliced or chopped

Toss together. Add 1/2 jar McCormick Salad Supreme or Italian Spice Mix. Add about 3/4 large bottle of Italian dressing. Mix very well and refrigerate. Add more dressing later if needed.
