CHEESY LAMB CHOPS 
4 lamb chops, about 3/4 inch thick
4 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese
4 onion slices

Grill or broil lamb chops until brown (about 7 minutes). Turn lamb chops and cook until done (5 to 7 minutes longer). Place onion and cheese slice on each lamb chop; cook until cheese begins to melt.
