BAKED CORN AND TOMATOES 
1/8 c. onions, chopped finely
1 tsp. butter
2 c. corn, canned, whole kernel
2 c. tomatoes, canned, chopped
1 tsp. sugar, granulated
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 c. bread, soft, cubed

Saute onions in butter until tender. Drain corn; combine with onions, tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Place an equal quantity of mixture in each pan if using two. Pour 1 teaspoon melted butter over bread cubes. Sprinkle bread cubes over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
