CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/8 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
1/2 c. fructose
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 env. Butter Buds in 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg replacer
1 (10 oz.) pkg. malt sweetened chocolate chips

Combine flour, soda, and salt together. Mix Butter Buds, brown sugar substitute, and fructose together; then add egg replacer and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto Pam-sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Makes 50 cookies.
