CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - DIET 
1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Sift together dry ingredients; cream butter. Add sugar substitute, vanilla, egg, and blend well. Add flour mixture; beat well. Stir in chocolate pieces.

Drop by level teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven about 8-10 minutes. Yields 3 dozen cookies at 48 calories each.
