CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked & cut in chunks
1 bag frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli & water chestnuts)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
Bagged stuffing

Mix first 6 ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Cover with bagged stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
