CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken (or 3 - 4 breasts or leg quarters), cooked, deboned and chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans any combination cream of chicken, cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 - 2 c. chicken broth
14 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Mix first 6 ingredients plus 1/3 herb stuffing mix. Pour into 3 quart baking or casserole dish. Spread on remaining stuffing. Sprinkle on more chicken broth if desired. Bake at 325 degrees until hot and bubbly (20 to 30 minutes) or microwave 10 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
