BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag broccoli, cut (frozen)
4 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk

Cook broccoli as directed and place in casserole dish. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat and blend in flour. Add soup and milk and stir until thickened. Pour over broccoli.

Cook stuffing mix as directed and spread over top of broccoli mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

You may use a bag of mixed broccoli and cauliflower if desired.
