PECAN ROLLS
2 (1 lb. each) pkgs. frozen bread dough
1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Thaw dough. Use 2 - 12 cup muffin tins. In the bottom of each cup put 1 teaspoon pecan pieces, 1/2 teaspoon melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar. On a floured surface, roll each piece of dough to a 12 x 6 inch rectangle. Brush with butter. Combine cinnamon, remaining pecans and sugar and sprinkle over dough.

Starting from long side, roll each piece of dough into a 12 inch log. Slice each log into 12 rolls. Place in muffin tins. Brush with butter. Let rise 1 1/2 hours until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn out immediately onto waxed paper. Spoon any pecan mixture left in tins onto rolls.
