PINK CHERRY SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Whip the whipping cream until or just after peaks form. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese with mixer. Add 5 tablespoons pineapple juice and juice from cherries. When thoroughly mixed, add cherries, pineapple, and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream and let set in refrigerator several hours.
