PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, cocoa, water and buttermilk. Stir over low heat until bubbly. Mix sugar, flour and soda in a big bowl. Stir hot mixture into flour mixture. Mix, add eggs. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Mix. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (or less). Let cool. In bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups peanut butter and 1 1/2 tablespoons oil. Stir until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
