PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water

Let butter, peanut butter, eggs and buttermilk stand until room temperature. (Butter should be very soft.) Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan or a 10 inch tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine room temperature ingredients with sugar, baking powder, flour, vanilla, and water in a large bowl. Beat at slow speed with electric mixer for 30 seconds, then medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased pan.

Bake for 20 minutes and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn out, cool completely before frosting.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. confectioner's sugar
4 to 5 tbsp. buttermilk

Combine these ingredients until smooth.
