PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
CAKE
 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, room temperature
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine first 4 ingredients and blend at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend at low speed until blended, scraping bowl often. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Blend together crumbs and chocolate chips. Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
