ZUCCHINI RELISH 
Step III:

4 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Put all together and simmer 30 minutes. Put in hot sterilized jars.

Step I:

4 c. grated onions

Step II:

5 lb. canning salt

Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain.
