CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
8 oz. (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. (125 ml) whipping cream
3 tbsp. (45 ml) fresh orange juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) grated orange rind

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Add the cream, juice and orange rind. Stir until thoroughly incorporated. Pour into a fondue pot set over a candle. Serve. Use strawberries, bananas, oranges, peaches, kiwi, marshmallows, etc. for dipping. 1 1/2 cups (375 ml).
