CRISPY RICH CHICKEN 
2 envelopes dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving sized pieces
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine spaghetti sauce mix, bread crumbs and cheese in a small bowl. Pour tomato sauce into another small bowl. Dip chicken pieces into tomato sauce then into the bread crumb mixture. Place chicken into foil-lined baking dish and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 55 minutes or until tender. 4 servings.
