BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained

Fry ground beef, onions and green peppers. Add mushroom soup, cream cheese, milk, corn and seasonings. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour this over uncooked egg noodles placed in a 2 quart casserole dish. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
