MATA'S SWISS STEAK 
3-4 lbs. round steak
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. onion

Cut steak into serving pieces. Roll in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in frying pan. Place in Dutch oven or roaster. Brown sliced onion in frying pan. Layer with meat in Dutch oven or roaster.

GRAVY:

Pour tomato soup in frying pan. Add enough water for gravy to cover the meat in Dutch oven. Bring to boil; add corn starch and water mixture to thicken. Pour over meat and bake for about 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Meat will be very tender.
