BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
1 sm. can tomato sauce
6 oz. mushroom soup
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. grated American cheese

Brown meat, onion and pepper together. Cook macaroni separately and drain. Mix first ingredients together and pour into deep casserole. Bake about 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
