ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 sq. chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9x13 inch pan. In large saucepan (over low heat) melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread in pan. 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. chopped nuts

In small bowl combine ingredients. Spread over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle 6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips over filling. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with 2 cups miniature marshmallows and bake 2 minutes longer.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chocolate, cream cheese, and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over marshmallows immediately.
