CHICKEN OLIVIA 
3 c. cool chicken, cut in lg. pieces
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. rice, cooked
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 to 3 tsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Mix all ingredients, except butter, cornflakes and almonds. In frying pan, melt butter, crushed cornflakes and almonds. Drizzle over mixed ingredients in Pam sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
