AMARETTO CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. amaretto
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. amaretto
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 - 1.2 oz. candy bar, grated

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and butter; mix well. Press into bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in 1/3 cup amaretto; pour into pan. Bake at 375 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. Combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon amaretto. Stir. Spoon over cheesecake. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate 24 to 48 hours. Garnish with almonds and grated chocolate.
