BAKED SQUASH 
2 lbs. squash
1 med. onion
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/4 lb. cheese
Salt & pepper

Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain and mash. Mix milk, flour, butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Combine with squash and onion. Top with almonds and cracker crumbs. Bake until bubbly.
