INDONESIAN CHICKEN 
1 c. almonds
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Blend all of the marinade ingredients in a blender.

Skin and bone chicken. Cut chicken into 1 inch strips. Marinate chicken for 1/2 hour at room temperature. Grill 7 minutes on each side. Chicken may be skewed lengthwise for easy turning.
