HOT PEPPER JELLY 
5-6 lg. green peppers, seeded & chopped
1/4 - 1/2 c. sm. hot peppers, seeded & chopped
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Certo
Green food coloring

Put all peppers into blender and process on high until it is all liquid. Put liquid and sugar into very large pan and heat to a boil while stirring. Continue to do this for 5 minutes. Remove and cool for 2 minutes. Stir in Certo and food coloring real well. Pour into hot sterile jars and allow to cool thoroughly. Pour a thin layer of paraffin on the top.

CAUTION: Wear rubber gloves while seeding the peppers or your hands will smell and taste of peppers.
