WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 onions, diced
2 c. rice (1 box Uncle Bens long grain and herb seasoning)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Saute sausage. Put on paper towel. Saute onions in small amount of sausage fat. Cook rice. Put all together. If more liquid is needed, add milk or water. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
