CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW DESSERT 
1 c. milk, scalded
30 lg. marshmallows
1 Hershey chocolate bar

Cook and cool this mixture. Pour milk in pan, when scalded add marshmallows - chipped Hershey bar - cook on low until last two items are all melted. Cool good (not in refrigerator).

Whip 1 cup of cream - add to above when cooled.

Crust: 10-12 graham crackers, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, 1 teaspoon sugar.

Place most of crumbs in 9 x 13 cake pan. Pour on chocolate mixture and top with remaining crumbs.

NOTE: I usually make recipe and 1/2 of chocolate mixture it makes it a little thicker filling.
