CHILI SAUSAGE SQUARES 
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
2 (4 oz.) can green chilis, chopped and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion (cook with sausage)
1 beaten egg
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise and stir well. Spread in lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Layer sausage/onion over this. Combine egg, cheese and green chilis and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let it stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
