ERIC'S SAUSAGE CHILI 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 (2 lb.) cans pinto beans
2 (2 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 pkg. chili mix
2 or 3 dashes salt
Pepper
Chili seasoning

Mix and scramble beef and sausage until brown; drain off grease. Add pinto beans, drained. Add all other ingredients; add 1/2 cup water. Cook on low heat until onions are soft.
