PARMESAN BAKED COD 
1 pkg cod fillets, thawed
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp corn meal
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion salt
2 tbsp butter
1/4 C parmesan cheese

Combine flour, corn meal and seasonings. Melt butter in shallow baking dish.

Dredge cod in flour mix and place in dish. Turn cod in melted butter to coat. Sprinkle each piece with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 450°FF. 8-10 minutes until done.

had 1 cod fillet. Reduced to 1 tbsp. flour and cornmeal. Yummy! I even used gluten free flour :-)
