TEXAS HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melt
2 tsp. salt, mix with black pepper to taste

Add to above and mix well. Place in 9 x 3 inch dish. Take 2 cups crushed Post Toasties, spread over above mixture. Pour melted butter over Post Toasties and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
